The company provides bus services from Kuala Lumpur to Johor and northern regions of Peninsular Malaysia. The bus services are available at three terminals in the Klang Valley area which are Shah Alam, Hentian Duta and Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS). Prisma Express has built a strong presence in the northern states such as Kedah, Penang and Perlis, offering frequent trips to and from Kuala Lumpur. The buses are equipped with comfortable amenities, including ample legroom space, reclining seats, fully air-conditioned coaches, and a designated luggage compartment.
