Omio Savings Pass Terms and Conditions
The following Terms apply to the use of the Omio Savings Pass.
The Omio Savings Pass is issued by Omio Group. You agree to be bound by these Omio Savings Pass terms, along with Omio’s general Terms and Conditions, Voucher Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, when using, or attempting to use the Omio Savings Pass.
For the applicable fee, You may purchase the Omio Savings Pass, which awards You a 10% discount on all future bookings made within your selected subscription period, up to a maximum of 20EUR, subject to conversion*, beginning from the time of purchase. The total amount you may save depends on how often and for what value you book during this period. As such, Omio cannot guarantee any minimum level of savings.
Following the end of your chosen subscription term, the Omio Savings Pass will expire, and you will no longer receive Omio Savings Pass discounts, unless you purchase the Omio Savings Pass again. Omio reserves the right to suspend or terminate the availability of the Omio Savings Pass without prior notice. Omio may change or suspend eligibility to purchase the Omio Savings Pass at any time, for example by limiting the sale of the Omio Savings Pass to certain regions, or by excluding certain transportation providers.
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, non-binding, or unenforceable, such provision or the part of it that is making it invalid, non-binding or unenforceable, will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Our services are constantly evolving and expanding. We therefore reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For existing Omio Savings Pass, the terms and conditions that were valid at the time of purchasing Your Omio Savings Pass will apply, unless a notice of amendment was received beforehand.

Right of withdrawal: Depending on Your place of residence, a statutory right of withdrawal may apply to the Omio Savings Pass. Customers resident in the European Union and the United Kingdom may cancel their subscriptions within 14 days of purchase. Customers in Brazil may cancel within 7 days. To exercise your right of withdrawal, You must contact Omio at https://www.omio.com/app/support/ before the relevant period expires. Omio will then reimburse payments received for the Omio Savings Pass to the original method of payment. Omio reserves the right to deduct an amount proportionate to any discounts already used.
*Any exchange rate will be calculated using a system-wide rate, known as the base exchange rate. This rate is used for currency conversion using data from one or more third parties. We regularly update the base exchange rate, it may not, however, be identical to the real-time market rate.
