Norse Merchant Ferries
About
Norse Merchant Ferries was an Irish Sea ferry company operating passenger and freight roll-on/roll-off services between England, the Republic of Ireland, and Northern Ireland. Established in February 2001 through the merger of Norse Irish Ferries and Merchant Ferries, it offered routes from Liverpool to Dublin and Belfast, as well as freight-only services from Heysham to Dublin and Belfast. In November 2005, the company was acquired by Maersk and integrated into Norfolkline.
