About
Euroferrys was a Spanish ferry company operating between Algeciras, Spain, and North African ports such as Tangier and Ceuta from 1998 until its acquisition by Acciona Trasmediterránea in 2006. The company offered passenger and freight roll-on/roll-off services, utilizing a fleet that included the HSC Euroferrys Pacífica, the world's largest diesel-powered fast catamaran at the time of its launch in 2001. Euroferrys ceased operations in 2008, merging with its parent company, Acciona Trasmediterránea.
