Each passenger is permitted to take two suitcases free of charge, each not exceeding 80cm x 60cm x 30cm and a total mass not exceeding 30kg.
Additional luggage
Excess luggage will be accommodated subject to space availability and will incur an additional charge per kilogram specified at the terminal offices.

Large items must be placed in the designated luggage compartment and loaded only by an employee or agent of Tamara Travel.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are made only if cancellation is received approximately five weeks in advance of bus tours of five days or less; more extended tours are subject to stricter cancellation policies.
