Established in 2003 in Vietnam, operates from 12 Ly Thai To, Hanoi to Sapa Bus Station. The fleet consists of VIP buses with 28 or 32 reclining seats, air-conditioning, and onboard amenities including WiFi, snacks, and water. Luggage is included with a size limit of 1 piece up to 20 kg and 1 small carry-on; excess luggage incurs an additional fee. Seat reservations are available, and onboard bathrooms ensure convenience during the journey. Pets and bikes are not allowed.
